Want better safety and productivity in your cattle or sheep yards?
At Arrowquip we understand that building new cattle yards or sheep yards should be a carefully planned and thought out process. Correct design, livestock movement, and handling principles are paramount to ensure the yard provides safety to the operator and stock, has maximum flow and minimises manual labour and stress. This in turn allows for more frequent and better husbandry practices, ultimately improving the quality and return your operation delivers.
Arrowquip have more than 30 years’ experience in the livestock handling industry, starting on the family farm in the late 1980’s the ‘customer comes first’ has been the internal motto of the company – with this experience we listen and understand your needs.
“…I was very impressed that the yards were so easily erected, under three hours and the job was complete. We brought the sheep in for a drench and marking, the quality showed out when some sheep tested the yards and we completed the job in less than half the time we would normally take. The yards offer excellent value for money, the most helpful thing was the assistance of those at Arrow from designing, manufacturing, loading and co-ordination, these are the actions that go to make a brilliant outcome. Many thanks…” – J & B Allan NSW
The structured planning process we work through with you on-farm (is obligation free) and takes the guess work out of upgrades to existing cattle yards or sheep yards or completely new stock yard system installations. We travel to your property and listen to what works, what doesn’t work, gain an understanding of your site and working requirements then design a yard system with you that delivers solutions to your handling issues and provides safety, efficiency and value.
Our passion is to give producers the right set of stock yards so they are as profitable and efficient as they can be and start enjoying their stock work again!
